Hey, Lovelies! We're jumping into the New Year with a brand new planner box. Our February/March Paper Lovelies Stationery Box is celebrating the little things in life. Morning yoga, our favourite foods, listening to our favourite songs, and all the moments we take to ground ourselves in the moment. We're calling it our Breathe Box and can't wait to share it with you.
March's Paper Lovelies Stationery Box will start shipping out Wednesday the 17th of February. March's box will be R400.00 for your box of goodies plus courier fees.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST PER BOX?
We offer several shipping options.
1: Through Paxi Counter to Counter. We've found this to be a very reliable (and affordable!) option that works out to R60 per box. Delivery takes 5-7 business days.
2: Through Postnet Counter to Counter. Also a very reliable option that works out to R100 per box. Delivery takes 2-4 business days.
3: Through XOC Couriers (The Courier Guy). This is our more expensive (but quickest!) option that works out to R213 per box. Delivery takes 2-3 business days.
If you'd like to log a refund, you have 20 days from delivery to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process. The box must be unopened and in the same condition as it was shipped. All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, you will not be able to return a box that was bought for you as a gift
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
We start shipping out the month's box in the last week of the previous month.
For example, we'll start shipping January's box in the last week of December in order for you to get it in time to enjoy it during the active month. If you've placed your order during the active month, then we'll send it to you on the closest Thursday to your purchase.
SOMETHING IS DAMAGED IN MY BOX, WHAT DO I DO?
We're sorry something has become damaged, please get in touch with us and we'll get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG IS A BOX'S 'ACTIVE MONTH'?
An active month is from the time that we've opened pre-orders for that box until we open pre-orders for the next box.
We usually start pre-orders around the 15th of the month, we'll begin shipping that month's boxes in the final week of the month, and that box will be able to be purchased until around the 15th of the next month when we announce the next box.
For example, we'll open pre-orders for March's box around the 15th of February. We'll begin shipping March's box the final week of February and you'll be able to purchase March's box until around the 15th of March.
